Why now
The risk is already running, it isn't hypothetical

Nationwide and international coverage
The solution
Applied over your current floor, not a new one
- Installed directly over the existing surface — no civil works, no prolonged shutdown.
- Design, manufacturing, supply and installation: all done by Sodecol, not a subcontractor.
- For industry, retail, healthcare, logistics and also homes — not only an industrial product.
- Verifiable track record: 44 of those contracts are public and listed on SECOP II (Colombia's public procurement platform) — you can check them yourself before hiring.
"Engineering in the design, manufacturing, supply and installation of anti-slip products in different grain sizes, textures and colors for industry and the home. Our materials guarantee resistance, durability, adhesion and regulatory compliance, integrating safety and function into reliable, customized solutions." — Official Sodecol Group SAS text, sodecol.com (translated from the original Spanish)
Important clarification
We don't install adhesive anti-slip tape
A standard adhesive tape — black or clear — peels off with water, sand, salt or foot traffic within weeks. Our band is a solid material made of quartz crystal, with its own formulation for exteriors exposed to high humidity, salinity and solar radiation.
This material has its own name: SOD MasterGrip 2500 — registered in Ecopetrol's official supplier catalog (SAP Ariba, UNSPSC 31211605).
- A real material, not tape — manufactured, not stuck on.
- Grain size matched to the use: fine for barefoot areas, medium for general traffic.
- Custom color — made to match the existing surface's own tone.
The real difference
Adhesive tape peels off in weeks with water, sand and salt. Our band is formulated to resist that same environment, not just to cover it temporarily.

Not just an opinion
Colombian regulatory framework — fall prevention
- Resolución 2400 de 1979 (Ministry of Labor) — requires traffic floors to be made of resistant, anti-slip material.
- Ley 9 de 1979 (National Sanitary Code) — safety and hygiene conditions in public-use spaces.
- Ley 1562 de 2012 — General System of Occupational Risks, prevention of same-level falls.
- Decreto 1072 de 2015 and Resolución 0312 de 2019 — occupational health & safety management system (SG-SST), control of fall-related site hazards.
- Ley 675 de 2001 — horizontal-property regime, duty to keep common areas safe.
- Civil Code, art. 2341 — extracontractual civil liability for damages to third parties.
- NTC 1461 — safety colors and signs for marking edges and routes.
A slip is not only a human risk: it exposes an organization to civil-liability claims. Ley 1562/2012, Decreto 1072/2015 and Resolución 0312/2019 remain fully in force in 2026 as the base of Colombia's SG-SST — verified. Decreto 1072 has been amended by later regulations; confirm with your own SST advisor before citing this in a formal document.

Frequently asked questions
Does the assessment cost anything?
No. The initial technical visit is free and no-obligation — we evaluate the space and recommend grain size and material before quoting.
Why is scheduling capacity limited?
Because Sodecol never subcontracts installation — we do it ourselves, to be able to sustain the warranty. That limits how many projects we can take on per week.
Do you install in residential spaces, or only industrial ones?
Both. The system is manufactured for industry, retail, healthcare and also housing — bathrooms, stairs and terraces included.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the area and the chosen grain size — confirmed on the technical visit. We don't give a generic timeframe before seeing the actual space.
